RESOLUTION 93 -594
RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR 918 BUILDING II FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9
AND HIGHWAY 169 (90011)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for 918 Building H was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-265; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $1,000,00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDR400TA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Letter of Credit # 671 in the amount of $1,000.00, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for 918 Building H located at the northwest
comer of County Road 9 and Highway 169.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
