RESOLUTION 93 - 589
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
HAMEL LUMBER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 18710 HIGHWAY 55 (89026)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Hamel Lumber was approved under City Council
Resolution 89-372; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a L.C. in the amount of $2,300; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the L.C. in the amount of $2,300, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Hamel Lumber located at 18710 Highway 55.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
