RESOLUTION 93 -584
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
LAUKKA WILLIAMS PARKERS LAKE FOR PARKERS LAKE 71H ADDITION
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 22ND AVENUE NORTH AND
SHENANDOAH LANE (91103) LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake was approved under City
Council Resolution 91-801; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Cash Deposit in the amount of $35,470.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Cash Deposit in the amount of $35,470.00, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Laukka Williams Parkers Lake for Parkers Lake 7th
Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on October 4, 1993.
