APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH HRA FOR PLYMOUTH
TOWNE SQUARE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF 37TH AVENUE NORTH AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (93089)
(RPUD 82-1)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has requested a
RPUD Final Plat for the Plymouth Towne Square located at the northeast corner of
37th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the RPUD Final Plat the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
Plymouth Towne Square located at the northeast comer of 37th Avenue North and
Plymouth Boulevard, and,
Adopted by the City Council on September 20, 1993.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on September 20, 1993 , with the original
