RESOLUTION NO. 93-575
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
NEW COUNTY ROAD 9 BETWEEN VICKSBURG LANE AND STATE HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of New County Road 9
between Vicksburg Lane and State Highway 55 by the construction of bituminous street
and concrete curb and gutter in conformance with Municipal State Aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on New County Road 9 between
Vicksburg Lane and State Highway 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install "No
Parking" signs on both sides of New County Road 9 between Vicksburg Lane and State
Highway 55.
