RESOLUTION NO. 93-571
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR DEBRIS CLEANUP
2870 EVERGREEN LANE
WHEREAS, a sand stockpile was placed on a public street by the property owner of 2870
Evergreen Lane; and
WHEREAS, this was in violation of Plymouth City Code No. 800.29 EROSION ONTO ST EET OR
HIGHWAY; and
WHEREAS, the property owner of 2870 Evergreen Lane did not respond to certified mail
ordering the cleanup of said debris; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth removed said sand stockpile and incurred a cost of
$441.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed, is hereby declared to be
$441.70.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement against every
accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district affected, without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the Council
thereof.
