RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer - approximately 3408 lineal feet
north of Point 18 to Point 22 as shown on the 1980 Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Plan.
by the installation of trunk sanitary sewer facilities and all necessary
appurtenances, and the City's current area charges are: sanitary sewer. area -
$880 per acre for residential property, $1,320 per acre for commercial,
industrial property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $175,313.60.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be special assessed
from such improvement against every accessible lot, piece of
parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to
cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall file a copy
of such proposed assessment in the office for public
inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
