RESOLUTION NO. 93-563
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD/SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 011
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
Northwest Boulevard from 45th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road and Schmidt Lake Road from
Pineview Lane to Northwest Boulevard
by the construction of bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer,
8' wide bituminous trail, sanitary sewer lateral, trunk watermain facilities, and all
necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $1,595,370 and
the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$397,627 so the total cost of the improvement will be $1,992,997 and of this cost the
City will pay $1,809,142.30 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$226,893.90.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement against
every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district affected,
without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall file a copy
of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. T:ie Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the Council
t_ie reof .
