RESOLUTION NO. 93-559
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
FERNBROOK TOWNHOMES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 20, 1993, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Fernbrook
Townhomes Addition by the installation of a residential street light and this report
was received by the Council on September 20, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real
property within the plat named as the location of the improvement..
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
September 20, 1993. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He
shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on September 20, 1993.
