RESOLUTION NO. 93-557
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FORM AND
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT 1991
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
WHEREAS, the owner of West Suburban Health Campus proposes to fill
wetlands for development; and
WHEREAS, the pond proposed to be filled was constructed for storm water
ponding; and
WHEREAS, the storm water pond will be reconstructed in a different
location; and
WHEREAS, the work is exempt from the Wetland Act under Exemption No. 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Findings of Fact Form and the Certificate of Exemption Wetland
Conservation Act 1991.
Adopted by the City Council on September 20, 1993.
