RESOLUTION NO. 93-556
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE AGREEMENT
PROPRIETARY DATA BASE
HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has developed a proprietary geographical
digitized data base; and
WHEREAS, it is beneficial to the City of Plymouth to receive information
from this data base in a computer format; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County requires an agreement for the use of
governmental entities of this data base; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the agreement is to protect the proprietary data.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
enter into the agreement with Hennepin County for the use of their
electronic geographical digitized data base.
