RESOLUTION NO. 93-554
REVISING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 7
COUNTY ROADS 10 AND 61, COUNTY PROJECT NO. 7408
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 92-134 adopted February 24, 1992, the City
Council approved the Construction Cooperative Agreement for the
improvement of County State Aid Highway No's 10 and 61; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County are requesting
revisions to the Construction Cooperative Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 7 would modify the intersection of
County Road 10 and Hemlock Lane (County Road 61) and the driveway for
11915 Bass Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Supplemental Agreement No. 7 for County
Project No. 7408 and City Project No. 812 is approved and the City's
estimated cost share is revised as follows:
Resolution No. 92-299 City's estimated cost share $979,876.10
Supplemental Agreement No. 7 16.377.17
Revised City Cost Share $996,253.27
FURTHER, that City funding for Supplemental Agreement No. 7 estimated to
be $16,377.17 is provided from Tax Increment Finance Districts 4-1, 4-2
and 4-3.
