RESOLUTION 93 - 553
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR JGM AGENCY, INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9909 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE (93090)
WHEREAS, JGM Agency, Inc. has requested a approval for a Site Plan amendment
for property located at 9909 South Shore Drive; and
WHBREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of JGM Agency, Inc. for a Site Plan Amendment for property located at
9909 South Shore Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of inquired financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals pre Ordinance provisions.
4. The Site Plan amendment is for the addition of six parking spaces.
5. The parking lot expansion shall be setback 10 feet from the structure.
Adopted by the City Council on September 20, 1993.
