HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-552CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93 - 552 APPROVING AMENDED MI)CED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY PLAN AND MDM) PLAN UNTT DEVELOPMENT FINAL SITE PLAN FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE NORTH. (93076) WHEREAS, Hennepin County Property Management has requested approval of an Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and Mixed Unit Plan Development Final Plan for Plymouth Community Library located at the northeast comer of 36th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane North. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hennepin County Property Management for an Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and Mixed Plan Unit Development Final Site Plan for the property located at 36th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Removal of all dead or dying tares from the property at the owner's expense 2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 3. Park dedication has previously been paid. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 recording minimum foot elevations for any structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facilities. 5. Summation of the required Financial Guarantee and Site Performance for completion of site improvements within 12 months. 6. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance Regulations. 7. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to the required reviews and approvals per Ordinance Provisions. 8. Compliance with Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants. 9. A Variance is granted from the requirement to construct a fire lane within 50 feet of each wall. • Resolution No. 93-552 File 93076, Page 2 10. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the trash enclosure as shown on the plans. 11. An 8 1/2" x 11" "As Built" fire protection plan shall be submitted prior to release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. 12. The building shall be set back 50 feet from Vicksburg Lane North. 13. The Landscape Plan shall meet City standards including sodding. 14. The approved Final Site Plan is for a 16,255 square foot Community Library. 15. The approved plan is for a library only, a County Service Center is specifically prohibited. Adopted by the City Council on September 20, 1993.
