RESOLUTION 93- 549
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR YOUR MOVE PACK & LOAD
SERVICE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF I-494 AND 24TH
AVENUE NORTH (93085)
WHEREAS, Your Move Pack & Load Service has requested a Conditional Use Permit
for outside storage for property located northeast of I-494 and 24th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Your Pack & Load Service for a Conditional Use Permit for outside
storage for property located northeast of I-494 and 24th Avenue North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. A Conditional Use Permit is approved for the outside storage of vehicles in the
Industrial District.
4. Screening requirements for the outside storage have been met by the placement
of the vehicles between two buildings and the location of the vehicles in the
approved truck court area of this industrial complex.
5. The request meets the Conditional Use Permit criteria.
