SET TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING DATES FOR 1994 TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, the City is required to set public hearing dates for the truth in taxation
hearing on the 1994 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, these dates cannot conflict with those dates for school districts within the
Cit. of Plymouth or Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to set dates for the initial truth in taxation hearing date, and a
proposed continuation hearing date should one be necessary.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth has
set December 1, 1993 as the initial truth in taxation public hearing date and December 13,
1993 as the continuation date for the truth and taxation public hearing if necessary.
