CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-546
ADOPTING PROPOSED 1994 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared preliminary proposed 1994 budgets for fiscal
year commencing January 1, 1994 based upon the requirements of the State Tax Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M]MMOTA, that the preliminary 1994 proposed
operating budgets for the following funds are hereby preliminary approved:
General Fund Budget $13,012,500
Recreation Fund Budget 709,100
Water Fund Budget 2,587,500
Sewer Fund Budget 4,530,400
Solid Waste Fund Budget 538,500
Central Equipment Fund Budget 1,414,900
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, (i) that the City Council concurs on the )994 Plymouth
Housing and Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $1,495,209, (ii) that this
proposed operating budget resolution and the accompanying proposed tax levies
contained in Resolution No. 93- 545 are being submitted by the City in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, and other applicable law in effect on this date; (iii) that the
Resolutions represent a good faith effort by the City to substantially comply with
applicable law; and ('iv) that the City Council declares its intent to take all necessary
actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the City's budget and tax
levies both proposed and final.
