HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-543CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-543 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GONYEA LAND COMPANY LOCATED AT 5905 YUCCA LANE NORTH (93082) WHEREAS, Gonyea Lane Company has requested approval for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 5905 Yucca Lane North to allow for a reduced front yard setback from 50 feet to 42 feet for construction of a new home; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gonyea Land Company for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 5905 Yucca Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments of variances are granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. 4, The new home shall be setback 42 feet from the property line adjacent to County Road 47. 5. This PUD amendment meets the intent of Section 10, Subdivision C, 7 .a. (2)of the Zoning Ordinance. Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 1993. •
