RESOLUTION 93- 542
APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SKYLINE DESIGN, INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14875 18TH AVE NORTH (93087)
WIIDREAS, Skyline Design Inc. has requested an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a 3 -season porch in "Cimarron East"
located at 14875 18th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Skyline Design, Inc. for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan
and Conditional Use Permit for a 3 -season porch in "Cimarron East" located at 14875
18th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. No other amendments of variances are granted or implied.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be
implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval.
3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for
Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans.
4. The size of the porch shall be 12 feet by 12 feet.
5. The 3 -season porch may encroach to within 6 feet of the side property line.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 1993.
