RESOLUTION NO. 93- 535
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 8, BLOCK 1 LAKE PARK HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Patricia I. Buffham of Maslon Edelman Borman 6
Brand on behalf of Annette Malinsky and Diane and Harvey Keller has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easement:
The southesterly 6.00 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, LAKE PARK HEIGHTS, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies southwesterly of the
easterly 6.00 feet of said Lot 8 and northeasterly of the southwesterly 10.00 feet
of said Lot 8.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 4, 1993 at
7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 1993.
