HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-532CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 93-532 LTERING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it, appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter described should be altered as to their designation as Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the roads described as follows, to -wit: 1. Control Section 174 Segment 010 Change from termini: Holly Lane from proposed new CSAH 9 to Old Rockford Road (CSAR 9) - segment length 0.89 mile 14 termini: Dunkirk Lane from proposed new CSAR 9 to Old Rockford Road (CSAH 9) - segment length 0.76 mile be, and hereby are altered as to their designation as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Plymouth, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street.
