RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1993 TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 317
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 1993 Trail
Improvements, and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Driveway Design, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
j 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Driveway Design, Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the construction of the 1993 Trail Improvements according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $67,397.30.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 1993.
