RESOLUTION 93 - 520
RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CROW-
MINNETONKA/PLYMOUTH LIIvE= PARTNERSHIP FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 13705 IST AVENUE NORTH (88095)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Crow-Minnetorka/Plymouth Limited Partnership was
approved under City Council Resolution 88-549; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $90,000; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 89-617 reduced the Site Performance
Guarantee to $7,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Cash in the amount of $7,000, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Crow-Minnetonka/Plymouth Limited Partnership.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 1993.
