RESOLUTION NO. 93- 516
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR AAGARD WEST INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from Aagard
West, Inc., Box 68, Montrose; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Aagard West Inc., for the period September 14, 1993, through
March 31, 1994.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 13, 1993.
