SETTING CONDITI-SVS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR DAHLSTROM COMPANIES, INC. LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF ROCKFORD
ROAD AND FERNBROOK LANE (93078)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the northeast quadrant of Rockford Road and Fernbrook Lane from FRO
(Future Restricted Development) District to R-2 (Low Density Multiple
Residence) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for
West Oaks of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on August 30, 1993.
