RESOLUTION 93-507
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
AND VARIANCE FOR DAHLSTROM COMPANIES, INC. LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT
OF ROCKFORD ROAD AND FERNBROOK LANE (93078)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for
Dahlstrom Companies, Inc. located in the northeast quadrant of Rockford Road
and Fernbrook Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage `acilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance
of building permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time
of building permit.
5. No building permit is to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot
Division with Hennepin County.
7. Approved variances are for the division of unplatted property, the
reduction of a parcel further below the 20 acre minimum.
Adopted by the City Council on August 30, 1993.
