RESOLUTION 93- 506
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION AND SUBDIVISION CODE VARIANCE FOR
DAHLSTROM COMPANIES, INC. LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF ROCKFORD ROAD
AND FERNBROOK LANE (93078)
WHEREAS, Dahlstrom Companies, Inc. has requested approval for a Lot
Division/Consolidation and Subdivision Ordinance Variance for the creation of
two parcels located in the northeast quadrant of Rockford Road and Fernbrook
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot
Division/Consolidation and Subdivision Ordinance Variance for Dahlstrom
Companies, Inc. for property located in the northeast quadrant of Rockford
Road and Fernbrook Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Parcel A
The west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-
quarter, Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, except the north 673 feet
thereof; and except the south 268 feet of the west 231 feet thereof; and
also except the south 263 feet of said west one-half of the southwest
one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter thereof, except the west 231
feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, as recorded in
the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, State of
Minnesota. Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions thereon,
if any.
Parcel B
The North 673.00 feet of the west half of the southwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 118N, Range 22W, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
The west 335.00 feet of the west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of
the northwest one-quarter, Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, except the
north 673 thereof, and except the south 268 feet of the West 231 feet
thereof, and also except the south 263 feet of said west one-half of the
southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter thereof, except the
west 231 feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, as
recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota. Subject to easements, reservations and
restrictions thereon, if any.

PARCEL B
The west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-
q:drter, Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, except the north 673 feet
thereof; and except the south 268 feet of the west 231 feet thereof; and
except the west 335.00 feet thereof; and also except the south 263 feet
of said west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-
quarter thereof, except the west 231 feet thereof, all in Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22, as recorded in the Office of the Register of
Deeds in and for Hennepin County, State of Minnesota. Subject to
easements, reservations and restrictions thereon, if any.
Parcel C
The west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of the northwest one-
quarter, Section 15, Township 118, Range 22; except the south 268 feet of
the west 231 feet thereof; and except the west 335.26 feet thereof which
lies south of the north 673.00 feet thereof; and also except the south
263 feet of said west one-half of the southwest one-quarter of the
northwest one-quarter thereof, all in Section 15, Township 118, Range 22,
as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota. Subject to easements, reservations and
restrictions thereon, if any.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
