CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-504
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
WEST OAKS OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, Terry Dahlstrom, the owner of proposed West Oaks of Plymouth,
proposes to fill wetlands for future residential development; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the future
roads and construction of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, and
Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 5.
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at greater
than the 1:1 ratio which is the minimum required by the Wetland Conservation
Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in West Oaks of Plymouth.
