CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-498
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 13 AND FINAL
VINEWOOD LANE/C.S.A.H. 9 AREA
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Company,
Inc. as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Vinewood
Lane/C.S.A.H. 9 Area, City Project No. 948 said agreement being dated
August 16, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $1,442,728.41.
Two change orders were approved in the amount of
$46,641.01 and the value of the work to date is
$1,445,403.90 and is herewith approved. This project
underran the revised contract amount by $43,965.52 or
2.9X.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Vinewood
Lane/C.S.A.H. 9 Area and certified to the Council by the
engineer as acceptable, bring the same, is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions
of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work
after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 13 and Final in the amount of
$22,986.30 to Northdale Construction Company, Inc. for
Vinewood Lane/C.S.A.H. 9 Area is hereby approved and the
City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
