APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Extra compensation for the additional work necessary to
excavate, place, dry and compact the bridge approach embankments
with the designated borrow material; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary and the least expensive
alternative available to allow the project to proceed; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Northwest Boulevard, City Project No. 205,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Northwest Boulevard,
City Project No. 205, by adding $173,660 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $2,423,406.50
Previous Change Orders - ADD -0-
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 173.660
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,597,066.50
Adopted by the City Council on August 30, 1993.
