RESOLUTION 93-489
APPROVING AMENDED MPUD PRELIMINARY PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND FINAL
SITE PLAN FOR PLYMOUTH McDONALD'S LOCATED AT 2705 ANNAPOLIS CIRCLE (93075)
WHEREAS, Plymouth McDonalds has requested approval for an Amended MPUD
Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use Permit and Final Site Plan for an
enclosed children's play area located at 2705 Annapolis Circle; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Plymouth McDonalds for an Amended MPUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use
Permit and Final Site Plan for an enclosed children's play area located at
2705 Annapolis Circle, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this
resolution.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Approved Sign Plan for the
Northwest Business Campus.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
7. An 8k x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior
to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy.
8. MPUD Plan Amendment is for Front yard setback of 37 feet and for a 564
square foot addition.
9. The request meets the The Conditional Use Permit Criteria.
Adopted by the City Council on August 30, 1993.
