RESOLUTION 93- 488
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR VICKSBURG BUSINESS CENTER, LOCATED AT 2800
VICKSBURG LANE NORTH (93074)
WHEREAS, Mohagen Architects has requested approval for a Site Plan Amendment
for property located 2800 Vicksburg Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Mohagen Architects for a Site Plan Amendment for property located 2800
Vicksburg Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this
( resolution.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
6. The Site Plan Amendment is for the reduction in height of the berm along
Medina Road by three feet and the related re -landscaping and
reconstruction of the public trail along Medina Road.
7. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the original Site Plan
Approving Resolution, 84-730.
Adopted by the City Council on August 30, 1993.
