RESOLUTION NO. 93- 484
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL
WESTON LANE AREA - STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 130
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ford Construction Co. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for Weston Lane Area, Storm
Drainage Improvements, City Project No. 130 said agreement being dated
October 29, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $55,852. The
value of the work to date is $50,239 and is herewith
approved. This project underran the contract amount by
$5,613 or 101.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Weston
Lane Area, Storm Drainage Improvements and certified to
the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the
same, is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of
$5,444.60 to Ford Construction Co. for Weston Lane Area,
Storm Drainage Improvements is hereby approved and the
City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
