SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 93- 478 ,
RESOLUTION NO. 93- 479 , RESOLUTION NO. 93- 480 , and RESOLUTION NO. 93- 481
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING AND
A PORTION OF ANNAPOLIS CIRCLE RIGHT -OF -NAY IN
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SIXTH ADDITION AND
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements, drainage easement for ponding purposes, and a portion of Annapolis
Circle street right-of-way within Outlot E, Northwest Business Campus; Lot 3,
Block 1, Northwest Business Campus Sixth Addition and Outlot A, Northwest
Business Campus Seventh Addition by Resolution No. 93- 478 Resolution No.
93- 479, Resolution No. 93- 4RO , and Resolution No. 93- 481 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTAs That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until:
1. The Annapolis Circle cul-de-sac is constructed and the pond
is relocated as prepared in the approved preliminary plat.
2. The final plat of West Suburban Health Campus is recorded at
Hennepin.
