RESOLUTION NO. 93-481
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR
PONDING IN NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage easements for ponding in
Northwest Business Campus; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 16,
1993 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 16, 193; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 16, 1993, to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a drainage easement for ponding in
Northwest Business Campus Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding be vacated:
The drainage easement for ponding in Outlot E Northwest Business Campus
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota as donated and dedicated by
said plat.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
