RESOLUTION NO. 93-480
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SIXTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate utility and drainage easements in Lot 3,
Block 1, Northwest Business Campus Sixth Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 16,
1993 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 16, 1993; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 16, 1993 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of utility and drainage easements in Lot 3,
Block 1, Northwest Business Campus Sixth Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following utility and drainage easements be vacated:
The utility and drainage easements in Lot 3, Block 1, Northwest Business
Campus Sixth Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as
donated and dedicated by said plat.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
