RESOLUTION NO. 93-479
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN
OUTLOT A, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain utility and drainage easements in
Outlot A, Northwest Business Campus Seventh Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 16,
1993, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of public:ion of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 16, 1993; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 16, 1993 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in the
Northwest Business Campus Seventh Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
The utility and drainage easements in Outlot A, Northwest Business Campus
Seventh Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles. Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated
and dedicated by said plat.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16. 1993.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the
