RESOLUTION NO. 93- 478
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
ANNAPOLIS CIRCLE RIGHT-OF-WAY IN NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of Annapolis Circle right-of-way
in Northwest Business Campus; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 16,
1993 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of August 16, 1993; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 16, 1993, to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of Annapolis Circle right-
of-way; in Northwest Business Campus Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following portion of Annapolis Circle right-of-way be vacated:
All that part of the right-of-way of Annapolis Circle, as donated and
dedicated by Northwest Business Campus according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, which lies westerly, northwesterly, and northerly of Outlot A.
Northwest Business Campus Seventh Addition, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; and
All that part of the right-of-way of Annapolis Circle, as donated and
dedicated by Northwest Business Campus, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, which lies southwesterly of Outlot A, Northwest Business
Campus Seventh Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, and which lies northwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Outlot A; thence
on an assumed bearing of North 59 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds
West, along said southwesterly line of Outlot A for 120.00 feet
to the actual point of beginning; thence South 30 degrees 26
minutes 00 seconds West for 60.00 feet to the southwesterly line
of said Annapolis Circle and there terminating; and
Certain temporary easement for street purposes dated December 15, 1983 and
filed for record in the office of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles
on December 30, 1983 as Document No. 1554544.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
