APPROVING THE REMOVAL OF TRAIL CONNECTION TO CHELSEA MEWS
WHEREAS, the City's Risk Management coordinator has recommended the removal of the
proposed trail connection between Steeplechase and Chelsea Mews, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to remove the deadend trail between the Steeplechase Addition and the Chelsea
Mews Addition, and further, that the City will retain ownership to the trail outlot for possible
future extension.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
