RESOLUTION 93- 471
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR GEM
ENTERPRISES LOCATED AT 11311 STATE HIGHWAY 55 (91109)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Shopping Center was approved under City
Council Resolution 92-81; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 93-8, the City Council authorized a 6 month extension
of the Site Improvement Performance Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has stated he was not able to complete the development
prior to the August 3, 1993 completion date set by the Site Improvement
Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a one year
extension of the Site Improvement Performance Agreement for GEM Enterprises to
a new completion date of August 3, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
