RESOLUTION 93- 470
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR KELLY WEST VENTURES
LOCATED AT 2705 ANNAPOLIS LANE NORTH (92026)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Kelly Inns was approved by an Administrative Approval
Letter Dated April 29, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Cash in the amount of $6,800; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 92-504, authorized reduction of the
financial guarantee to $700; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Cash Escrow in the amount of $700, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Kelly Inns.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
