AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PARKSIDE APARTMENTS
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OLD ROCKFORD ROAD AND 41ST AVENUE NORTH

WHEREAS, a Site Plan Amendment for Parkside Apartments was approved under City
Council Resolution 91-646; and,
WHEREAS, an Administrative Approval of the Site Plan Amendment was approved on
April 6, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $14,150; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 92-505, authorizes a reduction of the
Financial Guarantee to $550; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Financal Guarantee in the amount of $550, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Parkside Apartments.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
