RESOLUTION 93- 467
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PEPFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR SELECT METALS INDUSTRIES
LOCATED AT 14920 -27TH AVENUE NORTH (88100)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Select Metals Industries was approved under City
Council Resolution 89-286; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Bond #114 in the amount of $700; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Performance Bond #2251-47-050367-C114, in the amount of $700, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Select Metals Industries.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
