RESOLUTION 93-466
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR TOBIN REAL ESTATE FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF THE WEST
SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS ADDITION LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY
55 AND I-494 (93068) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Tobin Real Estate has requested approval of a Final Plat for the West
Suburban Health Campus Addition located at the northeast quadrant of Highway
55 and I-494; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Tobin Real Estate for the West Suburban Health Campus Addition located at the
northeast quadrant of Highway 55 and I-494; and,
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
