RESOLUTION NO. 93- 464
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR SINCLAIR MARKETING,
9605 36TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from
Sinclair Marketing, 9605 36th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided, the required
inspections have been conducted, and a Conditional Use Permit has been approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Sinclair Marketing, 9605 36th Avenue North, for the period August 17,
1993, through December 31, 1993.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on August 16, 1993.
