RESOLUTION 93- 463
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SINCLAIR MARKETING OF MINNESOTA LOCATED
AT 9605 36TH AVENUE NORTH (93073)
WHEREAS, Sinclair Marketing of Minnesota has requested approval for a
Conditional Use Permit for gasoline sales and for the operation of a propane
gas dispensing for property located at 9605 36th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Sinclair Marketing of Minnesota for a Conditional Use Permit for gasoline
sales and for the operation of propane gas dispensing for property located at
9605 36th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Sinclair Marketing of Minnesota for a gasoline
sales service station and for the operation of propane gas dispensing
located at 9605 36th Avenue North and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
