SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR MID AMERICAN ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LOCATED AT 4175 VINEWOOD LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Mid American
Entertainment Company located 4175 Vinewood Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resc1V4 ion 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing the Lot
Division with Henaepin County.
4. Appropriate cross access and parking easements shall be submitted to the
City prior to filing the Lot Division with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993.
