HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-458CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93- 458 APPROVING MPUD PRELIMINARY PLAN AMENDMENT AND MPUD FINAL SITE PLAN FOR MID AMERICA ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LOCATED AT 4175 VINEWOOD LANE NORTH (93066) WHEREAS, Mid America Entertainment Company has requested approval for a MPUD Preliminary Plan Amendment and MPUD Final Plan for property located 4175 Vinewood Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution. 4. The surface of the structure shall be a combination of materials similar in color and texture to the Target Greatland store. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the designated trash enclosure, and no outside storage is permitted. 8. An 8k x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. 9. No building permit to be issued until the lot division is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 10. The MPUD Preliminary Plan is Amended in accordance with plans dated "received July 19, 1993" and include a rear yard setback of 10 feet, and a setback between parking and principal building of 8 feet 8 inches. 11. The MPUD Preliminary Plan Amendment includes the creation of an additional building site of one (1) acre out of the 17.25 acre Target Greatland Site and an increase in retail space by 7,019 square feet. Page Two, File 93066 12. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Resolutions 90-318 (Master Sign Plan), 90-320 (MPUD Final Plan for Target), 89-869 (MPUD Preliminary Plan/Plat). 13. Submission of easements for cross access and parking. 14. A right turn entrance lane shown as Option No. 3 on the plans dated "received August 10, 1993" shall be constructed. 15. Signage shall be placed prohibiting exiting through the right turn entrance lane. Adopted by the City Council on August 16, 1993. (res/cc/93066)
