RESOLUTION NO. 93-447
DENYING A NATURAL PRESERVE PURSUANT TO
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SECTION 810
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code Section 810 provides that a property owner may
request that the City Council designate portions of their property as a
natural preserve provided certain criteria are met: and
WHEREAS, designation of natural preserve exempts the property from the 8"
vegetation height maximum, but not from state requirements to eradicate
noxious weeds including thistle; and
WHEREAS, David Briggs, 5260 Yorktown Lane has requested a natural preserve
over a portion of his lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it does not designate a portion of the parcel located at 5260
Yorktown Lane as natural preserve.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.
