RESOLUTION 93-444
APPROVING FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR LAUKKA-WILLIAMS PARKERS
LAKE FOR PARKERS LAKE NORTH 9TH ADDITION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
SHENANDOAH LANE AND VICKSBURG LANE (MPUD 83-1) (93067)
WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval for Final
Plat/Plan for Parkers Lake North 9th Addition located at the southeast corner
of Shenandoah Lane and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final
Plat/Plan and Development Contract for Laukka-Williams Parker Lake for Parkers
Lake North 9th Addition located at the southeast corner of Shenandoah Lane and
Vicksburg Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on August 2, 1993.

of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on August 2, 1993 , with
